On November 26, 13:00 (1-208) will be a seminar: “Some approaches for Quantification Biological Data for future proper automatization”.
The reports will be devoted to the topic of searching for criteria for describing in the high-level language Matlab the results of histology of tumor samples obtained routinely, which will automate the stages of analysis of biological material and experimental data, as well as new methods for assessing the quality of the studied characteristics and visualization of multi-format data.
